Alex Bowling MVP Extraordinaire
Player of the Week: Alejandro “@⁨Alejandro 🫶🏻⚾️ Beautiful Eyes⁩” – Bowling MVP Extraordinaire

Well, folks, the first week of bowling kicked off with a blast, and it’s already given us a superstar in the making. This week’s Player of the Week honor goes to none other than Alex (or Alejandro, depending on the mood), Miami’s own blue-eyed bowling wonder!

In a nail-biter of a third game against the fierce Bowljobs, Alex rolled an impressive 171, clinching the victory in true underdog style. Picture this: the score was neck-and-neck, the tension was high, and Alex’s final frames were nothing short of poetry in motion. His calm focus and sharp aim saved the day, winning the game and our hearts.

When he’s not gracing the lanes, Alex is a regular renaissance man. He’s an avid fan of kickball, a lover of pickleball, and you’ll often find him at the ballpark enjoying a game of baseball. And as a true Miami native, Alex balances his love for sports with a love for good times, including hanging out with the queen of Oktoberfest herself!

Here’s to Alex – the bowler, the Miami legend, the all-around good guy – and to a season that promises a whole lot of fun and surprises. Week one is in the books, and if it’s anything like Alex’s performance, we’re in for an unforgettable season.

Kara Schuler
BowlJobs
In the realm of Miami, where the sun’s fiery gaze meets the ocean’s embrace, there dwells a maiden of remarkable talents—Kara, a twin by birth and a force of nature by choice. Hailing from the northern lands of Kentucky and Cincinnati, she journeyed south nearly two years past, seeking new horizons beneath the Floridian skies.

By day, Kara wields her creative prowess as a Graphic Designer for the Miami Marlins, crafting visual tales that capture the spirit of the game. Her artistry graces the team’s identity, weaving colors and forms into emblems of pride.

When the sun dips below the horizon, she transforms into a coach at Orangetheory Fitness, guiding souls through rigorous trials to forge strength and endurance. Her leadership inspires many to push beyond their limits, embracing the burn of progress.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Kara is a creature of the outdoors. She finds solace in the embrace of nature, whether traversing rugged trails, wielding clubs on the golf course, engaging in the swift exchanges of pickleball, or basking upon the sandy shores of the beach.

Yet, it is within the hallowed halls of the bowling alley that Kara’s prowess truly shines. In a recent contest, she achieved a score of 154, a testament to her skill and precision. This feat has earned her the title of Bowler of the Week, a recognition of her dedication to the sport.

Kara’s journey from the northern territories to the vibrant lands of Miami is a saga of transformation and triumph. Her twinship adds a layer of intrigue to her tale, suggesting a bond that transcends the ordinary. In all her pursuits, she embodies the spirit of a true warrior, embracing challenges with grace and determination.

A Perfect Game
Player of the Week: Matt, Champion of the Lanes

From the icy shores of Connecticut to the sunlit realms of Miami, a hero has emerged to claim his rightful place in the annals of bowling lore. Matt, the Mighty Striker, journeyed south not for conquest, but for love—his devotion to Lady Alana of House Rajchgot, the radiant ruler of his heart, is the stuff of legends.

This week, Matt’s prowess shone brighter than the Iron Throne itself. With an impressive 167 and a magnificent turkey (three strikes in a row), his enemies (the pins) fell before him like armies before a dragon’s fire. They whispered in terror, “Behold the Lord of the Lanes!”

When not dominating the bowling alleys, Matt ventures into the green battlefields of golf, where his drives soar as true as his love for Alana. Beyond sport, Matt is a cunning financial planner, offering wise counsel to lords and commonfolk alike, ensuring their treasures grow safely under his watchful eye.

But even the greatest warriors need allies, and Matt finds strength in his loyal companion, Tito, ever at his side with a wagging tail and boundless support.

Raise your goblets high and toast to Matt, Protector of the Pins, Scorer of Turkeys, and Keeper of Lady Alana’s heart! Long may he bowl!

Gregory Fraszczak
A Perfect Game
The Greg of House Kenosha, The Polka King

From the frosty reaches of the North—Chicago, to be precise—comes The Greg of House Kenosha, a legendary figure of melody and might. Once a star performer in the illustrious Kenosha Kickers, his fame was sealed with their chart-topping hit, “Polka Polka Polka.” Now, he turns his talents not to music but to the hallowed lanes of the Lucky Strike League, drawn by whispers of the legendary reputation of Commissioner Vince, the Hair of Destiny.

The Greg wields two fearsome weapons forged in the fires of his dual vocations. By day, he commands the Hammer of the Union, a tool capable of bending lightning to his will, a fitting homage to his craft as a union electrician. By night, he conjures the Code of the Algorithm, a sorcerer of software engineering whose logic knows no bounds. These twin powers, seemingly opposed, grant him precision, focus, and unshakable resilience on the battlefield of bowling.

When The Greg steps onto the polished lanes, he channels the energy of the Seven Kingdoms. His strikes resound like the roll of thunder over Winterfell, and his spares are calculated with the meticulous precision of a Maester scribing the annals of history. His opponents find themselves entranced, caught between awe of his effortless grace and terror of his unrelenting consistency.

Known to “abide” in his off-time, Greg’s laid-back demeanor masks the fierce competitor beneath. He bowls not just for glory but to uphold the reputation of House Kenosha and pay homage to the noble art of Polka that forged his legend.

In the Lucky Strike League, Greg is a wild card, unpredictable yet inevitable, a force destined to etch his name among the greats. Beware the Polka King—he may look familiar, but on the lanes, he’s a player like no other.

Nicholas Cramer

Player of the Week: Ser Nick of the Bowling Realm

In the realm of Club Sports, where strikes are celebrated more than swordsmanship and gutter balls are worse than betrayals, a new hero has emerged from the shadows of the lanes: Nick, Lord of the Pins and Protector of the Spare Isles.

This week, Ser Nick, hailing from the snowy lands of South Bend, Indiana, etched his name into the history books with a personal high score of 186, besting foes and friends alike. It was a performance so mighty, even the King of the North would have laid down his sword in awe.

“I came to Club Sports looking for something to do,” Nick admitted, reminiscing on his humble beginnings. “But now I’m out here conquering lanes like I’m storming Winterfell.”

When not ruling the bowling lanes, Ser Nick sharpens his skills in the kitchens, where he crafts dishes worthy of feasts in the Great Hall. A master of spices and sauces, he’s known to combine his passions for cooking and bowling by declaring, “If the pins don’t fall, they’ll be marinated and roasted by sundown.”

But that’s not all—Nick spends his off-duty hours scaling walls like a spider from Essos, rock climbing his way to new heights. “The climbing keeps me nimble for those tricky 7-10 splits,” he says, undoubtedly inspired by the Wall’s Night Watch agility drills.

By day, Nick wields numbers instead of swords, working in finance for a restaurant group. He’s the Hand of the Spreadsheet, ensuring the books balance as neatly as his bowling scores. “I like to think of it as managing kingdoms of food and gold,” he explains. “But without the backstabbing… unless someone takes the last donut.”

Ser Nick’s triumph on the lanes this week wasn’t just a win—it was a spectacle. With every strike, the pins seemed to whisper, “Winter is striking.” His final frame, a perfect crescendo of focus and finesse, left the crowd cheering like the Battle of the Bastards had just turned in Jon Snow’s favor.

So raise your goblets (or soda cups) to Ser Nick of South Bend, the Bowler of the Week. May his reign be long, his strikes frequent, and his cooking as legendary as his Game of Thrones references. “The pins may bend, but they shall never break,” he declared, walking off the lanes like a true king of bowling.

Tucker Elliott
Rollin' with the Homies
Player of the Week: Tucker 🦵⚽️🎳

After a tough stretch of underwhelming performances, The Comeback Kid Tucker 🦵⚽️🎳 reminded everyone why he’s still a force to be reckoned with on Monday night. Once known for clutch strikes and fiery competitiveness, Tucker’s recent games had been… let’s just say less than memorable. But just when the league was ready to write him off, he delivered a career-defining performance, rolling a league-high 210 points — his best game of the season by far.

Tucker approached the lanes with renewed focus, as if every disappointing frame from weeks past fueled his determination. Strike after strike, he shattered expectations and silenced any lingering doubts about his capabilities. His intensity was matched only by his precision, leaving his opponents stunned and his teammates roaring in celebration.

Was it a fluke? A one-time comeback? Or is this just the beginning of Tucker 2.0? One thing is certain: when Tucker 🦵⚽️🎳 is locked in, no one is safe on the lanes. Welcome back, king.

🏅 Bowling Player of the Week: Jordan! 🏅

Originally from Dallas, Jordan came to Miami to work for the Dolphins, but she’s been making waves far beyond the football field! She joined bowling to add some fun to her Monday nights, and she’s been an absolute star ever since.

Jordan has consistently scored in the hundreds, showcasing impressive skill and dedication every week. Her steady performance makes her the most consistent bowler on the team, and her teammates couldn’t be happier to have her.

When she’s not dominating the lanes, you can find Jordan enjoying coffee, biking, running, or spending weekends at Disney World. We’re lucky to have such an awesome player and teammate. Congratulations, Jordan! 🎳✨

Brian F
A Perfect Game
Bowler of the Week: Brian Fitzgerald – The Legend, The Icon, The Captain

There are great bowlers, and then there’s Brian Fitzgerald—a man so legendary that even Pfizer once called him up, asking for a sample of his blood to fuel their next breakthrough in Viagra research. That’s right, science itself bows before his greatness.

From the moment he steps into the alley, draped in the finest fashion the bowling world has ever seen, Brian commands attention—not just with his strikes but with his effortless swagger. A natural athlete, he dominates the lanes with the same precision that he applies to his golf game, which, if we’re being honest, is an ongoing masterpiece in progress.

As a team captain, Brian is nothing short of extraordinary, guiding his squad with wisdom, charisma, and a bowling IQ so high it should be studied. But his talents don’t stop at sports. By day, he’s one of the greatest network security experts in the world—a man single-handedly responsible for putting an end to the CrowdStrike issue last summer. That’s right, while others were scratching their heads, Brian was out there saving cyberspace like the bowling Batman we never knew we needed.

When he’s not dominating lanes and firewalls, you can find Brian spending time with his best friend, Vincent, the only person worthy of keeping up with his greatness. And soon, he’ll be making New York his new playground, where he’ll be with his lovely girlfriend, Kimberly, undoubtedly making the city even better just by being there.

This week’s Bowler of the Week? It was never in question. Brian Fitzgerald is the moment.

🏆 Bowling with Vince - Player of the Week: Kara (BowlJobs) 🏆

For the first time in league history, Player of the Week goes to someone from the losing team—but when you’re as dominant as Kara from BowlJobs, the scoreboard is just a technicality.

Kara has been an absolute powerhouse all season, showing up week after week, putting in the work, and carrying the team when it matters most. She’s had to bowl multiple times in a night, proving her reliability, endurance, and sheer will to win.

And let’s talk numbers.
We’ve got a rule in this league: if Kara bowls over 125, we count it twice.

Well, guess what? She didn’t just break 125—she threw down a MASSIVE 165.

That’s boss energy. That’s queen behavior. That’s what dominance looks like.

Her performance has been so elite that other teams have started inquiring about potential trades—because when you’re bowling at Kara’s level, everyone wants you on their roster. But BowlJobs isn’t giving up their MVP without a fight.

On top of all that, Kara isn’t just a bowler—she’s a physical training machine, bringing strength, discipline, and a winning mentality to the lanes. The team may not have secured the W this week, but individually? Kara OWNED the night.

🔥 Give it up for Kara—because she’s not just playing the game, she’s redefining it. 🔥

🏆 Tonight’s Bowling Champs: ALLEY OOPS! 🎳🔥

Move over, Super Bowl—tonight’s real showdown was at Lucky Strike! In a battle that had more drama, excitement, and clutch moments than last night’s game, Alley Oops took down the defending champs, Rolling with the Homies, to claim the bowling league title!

This wasn’t just any win—it came down to the wire. Game 1? Decided by just TWO pins. Game 2? A hard-fought battle won by SEVEN. When the pressure was on, Josh, Rebekka, Michael, Alejandro, Ziv, and Malena delivered strikes like Mahomes in OT—except with fewer touchdowns and more dramatic spare attempts.

Meet Your Champs

🔹 Josh – The Brickell Key Bitcoin Bro™️, balancing his love for crypto and his actual love, Malena. He might not be the team’s secret weapon on the lanes, but his spark shines elsewhere—mostly in making Brickell Key real estate prices skyrocket.

🔹 Ziv – The IT genius and team captain, making sure both the team’s morale and the league’s WiFi stay connected. His leadership is undeniable, his tech skills are top-notch, and his bowling? Well, let’s just say, if strikes were coded, he’d have a perfect game every week.

🔹 Alex – It’s rumored he wakes up every morning to a framed picture of the Commissioner, whispering words of motivation. We’re still actively searching for a sport he’s bad at. So far, no results. Scientists and sports analysts remain stumped.

🔹 Rivers – The Romeo of the league, moved from Tampa for love. The plot twist? His love is on the opposing team. A true sports drama unfolding before our eyes. He missed this game but was crucial in last week’s win, proving that absence does make the heart (and team) grow fonder.

🔹 Rebekka Rios – There’s one thing we can say with 100% certainty—Bekka is going to complain about something. Whether it’s lane conditions, ball weight, or the existence of gravity itself, she will find a way. But let’s not forget—she’s also this year’s Oktoberfest champion! Bowling title AND Oktoberfest? She’s collecting trophies like she collects grievances.

Victory Lap Incoming 🚤

🏅 Championship Boating Trip for Seven! The squad is setting sail for a well-deserved celebration. Rumor has it, Bekka will find something to complain about on the boat too. (Too sunny? Water too wet? Waves too wavy? We’ll find out.)

🎳 Bowling League Returns in TWO WEEKS! New season, new challengers, and another shot at greatness. Who’s ready to step up and take on the reigning champs? (Spoiler: probably not a great idea.)

Congrats again to Alley Oops—the true kings and queens of the lanes! 🏆🔥
